Cancellation & Refund Policies

To attend our conferences, participants are responsible for completing registration, hotel booking, and all necessary travel arrangements. Please note that hotels, airlines, and cruise providers operate under their own separate cancellation and refund policies, which should be reviewed directly with the respective providers.

CME Live & Streaming Conference Cancellation Policy

Within 10 Days of Purchase:

You may choose one of the following options:

• Full credit toward another conference, OR
• Refund minus a 5% processing fee

After 10 Days from Purchase:

You may choose one of the following options:

• Full credit toward another conference, OR
• Access and use of the online course content

Important Notes:

• All cancellation or schedule change requests must be submitted via email to cme@differentialdiagnosis.net
• Please avoid misuse of our flexible cancellation policy. A maximum of two full refunds is permitted. After that, payments will be issued as credit toward future courses.
• There is no limit on credit usage, and credits never expire

Online Course Cancellation Policy

If you have completed less than 50% of the course and have not yet received your CME certificate, you may choose:

• Refund minus 5% processing fee within 10 days of purchase, OR
• Full credit toward another course or conference

All cancellation and schedule modification requests must be sent via email to cme@differentialdiagnosis.net

Please note: Repeated refunds beyond the allowed limit may result in future payments being issued as course credit instead.

Hotel / Cruise Policies

Hotels and cruise lines maintain their own independent cancellation and refund policies. Any negotiated rates or special offers provided should be confirmed directly on the official hotel or cruise website for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Airline Policies

Airline cancellation and refund policies vary by carrier. Please review the specific terms directly on the airline’s official website before booking.
